How the Referral Works

  1. Complete the referral form below with your details and your friend’s details.
  2. Your friend applies directly to VCAD (not via an agent) for Foundation Year or Year 1 entry to a course validated by Arts University Plymouth or Ravensbourne University.
  3. Once your friend is fully enrolled and VCAD receives 50% of their tuition fees, you’ll receive a £500 gift voucher as our thank you!

Terms & Conditions

  • This scheme is available to fully enrolled VCAD students (referrers) with no outstanding tuition fees.
  • The referred student must: Apply directly to VCAD (not via an agent). Be a new student with no previous enrolment at VCAD. Apply for Foundation Year or Year 1 entry only. Referred student must enrol fully and VCAD must receive 50% of their first-year or foundation year tuition fees.
  • The referral form must be submitted before an application is Submitted.
  • Referrals are subject to admissions approval.
  • The £500 reward will be issued after successful enrolment and payment by the referred student. (In form of a voucher)
  • Each referrer can refer unlimited number of students under this scheme.
  • The scheme is not open to employees, agents, or contractors of VCAD or the PEN Group.
  • False or misleading submissions may result in withdrawal or recovery of any reward issued.
  • Students recruited through articulation agreements or educational agents are not eligible.
  • If the referred student later refers others, those new referrals do not count toward the original referrer’s total.

Variation

VCAD reserves the right to change or terminate this scheme at any time without notice. Any referrals approved but not yet paid at the time of termination will still be honoured.

Governing Law

Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this scheme or its terms (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
